Established in June 2019, Fair Winds Wellness offers a natural and holistic approach to healthcare. Our mission is to promote healing and wellness through personalized care. Whether you're taking an individual yoga class or workshop, getting an acupuncture treatment, or interested in nutrition counseling, we believe it is our responsibility as healthcare practitioners to encourage and educate everyone that walks through our doors to take an active role in maintaining their own health.

Marie was first introduced to acupuncture over 25 years ago. After securing acupuncture treatments for her own health and well-being, she found a persistent need to learn more about this beautiful medicine and a strong desire to share it, which led her to the Masters in Acupuncture Program at Maryland University for Integrative Health. After three and a half years of intensive study which included over 1500 hours in the student clinic and certification as an Acupuncture Detox Specialist. Marie began her practice in Easton, before moving her office to Cambridge in 2017.
Staci Walden, MSCN, RD, LDN
Registered Dietitian
Staci brings to Fair Winds Wellness years of experience as a nutrition professional in a variety of practice settings. Becoming a credentialed practitioner was a fitting result of many years of life experiences raising a military family and witnessing the power of food and how it brings people and cultures together, enhances the celebrations of major life events, heals and spreads joy!
Staci is a Registered Dietitian with a passion to meet people where they are, help identify their unique needs, and teach the skills that can enhance the quality of life through a personalized approach tailored to each client. In addition to helping clients meet a variety of health goals with a food first approach to wellness through nutrition, as a Registered Dietitian, Staci is able to provide Medical Nutrition Therapy to clients dealing with complex health such as: diabetes, cancer, cardiovascular disease, renal disease, as well as pre and post-operative nutrition, home enteral feeding, and managing chemotherapy.
Margaret Dressel. MS, LMT
Massage Therapist
Margaret is a 2002 graduate of the Baltimore school of massage. Prior to massage therapy, Margaret worked in mental health for 15 years. She brings kindness, compassion, and intuition to her practice and continually strives to add new skills. Massages include myofascial release, deep tissue, Reiki, lymphatic drainage, hot stone massage, and more.

Shawn Nuthall, RYT-200

Father, husband, traveler, survivor, guitar player, and arm balance enthusiast. Shawn will challenge you to find the sweet spot in your practice as you engage your body, focus your breathing and calm your mind. He sees yoga as more than just a form of exercise, he believes it's moving meditation. Yoga is a wonderful healer, but it's also a lot of fun. So come as you are, be free, be light, be well and kick some butt.
Shawn will be returning as a featured instructor at Floyd Yoga Jam 2021 in Floyd Va.
Patty Schwaninger RYT-500
Yoga Instructor
Patty Schwaninger, RYT has studied and practiced yoga
since 2000. She is a graduate of Kripalu Yoga Center in Lenox, MA. She received her 200 hour certification in 2006 and her 500 hour certification as a professional Kripalu yoga
instructor in 2008. She is register with the Yoga Alliance. Patty is pleased to share her passion for yoga with her students.
Jaclyn Lang, RYT-200
Yoga Instructor
Jaclyn is an Exercise Specialist, certified Yoga Alliance instructor, Aromatouch Practitioner, writer, and cat mama. She strives to empower professionals, mothers, and students to eliminate burnout and create optimal energy through holistic nourishment and conscious living. Her classes reflect this as she aims to lead you through a gentle yet dynamic sequence, focusing on alignment to reveal inner strength and cultivate peaceful breath. Jaclyn is a dedicated student of Hatha Vinyasa and various disciplines that challenge the body, illuminate the mind and open the heart. Her intention is to hold a safe space for others to heal and go deep into their own experience. During her studies at Hari Om Yoga School in Limon, Costa Rica with Massimo Monti and Jun Lee, Jaclyn discovered how to embrace pure life in her teachings, enlivening the muscles while supporting the fascinating anatomical structure and moving rhythmically into stillness.
