For active folks who want a yoga class that is challenging, accessible and fun. 75 minutes of mindful movement to improve your balance, strength, flexibility, and focus. Find your Zen while releasing your inner warrior.
For those looking for the tradition of Hatha yoga, but with a modern twist. Hatha Vinyasa will have you flowing through your favorite yoga poses and discovering new ones as well. You'll leave feeling like a million bucks.
Yoga Chill For Beginners
For those looking for a soothing and meditative yoga practice. Yoga Chill is your jam! No Chaturangas, no Down Dogs, no Planks, just some chilled out, feel-good yoga. Gentle enough for beginners. We’ll break down each pose step-by-step to understand the fundamentals, the purposes and the goals of each posture. No fancy talk or exclusive attitudes, this class is for anyone interested in discovering the wonders of yoga. Come as you are.
For those looking to break a sweat with an intense yoga workout. Build strength in your core and get your heart rate pumping with this energetic approach to Power Flow Yoga.
For those looking to build core strength and flexibility. Mat Pilates gives you all the benefits of traditional pilates, without the need for equipment.
For those interested in learning more about the healing power of yoga or those who may be coming back to their practice after being away. Our Beginner's Yoga class offers a welcoming environment free from judgment and competition. No experience is needed, students of all levels are welcome.
For those looking for a slower-paced version of the popular physical discipline of yoga. In Yin yoga, each pose is held for several minutes in order to target the connective tissues (such as the ligaments) rather than focusing on the muscles. As a result, the poses typically offer more passive holds, with little muscular engagement.
For those looking for a mixture of Yoga and Pilates. This class is fun and challenging at the same time. No experience required and no bulky machines necessary.
Mindful Yoga and Breath
For those looking to focus on deep breathing practices and traditional yoga poses. Mindful Yoga and Breath is a meditative yoga practice accessible to yogis of almost any level.
Align & Flow
For those looking for an alignment-based vinyasa yoga practice. Align & Flow takes a mindful approach to yoga postures to increase strength, balance, and flexibility.
Family & Flow Yoga
For adult caregivers and school-age children (ages 5-12) as an opportunity to bond through the movement and breath of Yoga poses. One to one is encouraged, however additional children are welcome with a parent. You'll be introduced to the basics of Yoga, including stretching, strengthening, balance and partnered poses to challenge the imagination. Each class will be concluded with a fun craft and conversation centered around the six Pillars of Character. ($20 for one parent and one child, $6 for each additional child)
For those looking for a vigorous and flowing style of yoga. Ashtanga Yoga involves synchronizing breath with progressive and continuous postures. It builds strength, flexibility, and stamina while calming the mind and improving overall health.
