Vinyasa Flow Yoga

For active folks who want a yoga class that is challenging, accessible and fun. 75 minutes of mindful movement to improve your balance, strength, flexibility, and focus.  Find your Zen while releasing your inner warrior.


Hatha Vinyasa

For those looking for the tradition of Hatha yoga, but with a modern twist.  Hatha Vinyasa will have you flowing through your favorite yoga poses and discovering new ones as well. You'll leave feeling like a million bucks.

Yoga Chill For Beginners

For those looking for a soothing and meditative yoga practice.  Yoga Chill is your jam!  No Chaturangas, no Down Dogs, no Planks, just some chilled out, feel-good yoga. Gentle enough for beginners. We’ll break down each pose step-by-step to understand the fundamentals, the purposes and the goals of each posture. No fancy talk or exclusive attitudes, this class is for anyone interested in discovering the wonders of yoga. Come as you are.

Power Flow

For those looking to break a sweat with an intense yoga workout.  Build strength in your core and get your heart rate pumping with this energetic approach to Power Flow yoga.

Align & Flow

For those looking for an alignment based vinyasa yoga practice.  Align & Flow takes a mindful approach to yoga postures to increase strength, balance and flexibility.

Beginner's Yoga

For those interested in learning more about the healing power of yoga or those who may be coming back to their practice after being away. Our Beginner's Yoga class offers a welcoming environment free from judgment and competition. No experience is needed, students of all levels are welcome. 

Traditional Hatha 

For those looking for a traditional Hatha practice. This class takes you through a series of Asanas, guided visualization, sound healing, pranayama & meditation for deep relaxation. Improve mobility, flexibility, strength & blood flow. Learn techniques that may help manage stress throughout your life and daily practice. 

Yin Yoga 

For those looking for a slower-paced version of the popular physical discipline of yoga. In Yin yoga, each pose is held for several minutes in order to target the connective tissues (such as the ligaments) rather than focusing on the muscles. As a result, the poses typically offer more passive holds, with little muscular engagement.

Family & Flow Yoga 

For adult caregivers and school age children (ages 5-12) as an opportunity to bond through the movement and breath of Yoga poses.  One to one is encouraged, however additional children are welcome with a parent.  You'll be introduced to the basics of Yoga, including stretching, strengthening, balance and partnered poses to challenge the imagination.  Each class will be concluded with a fun craft and conversation centered around the six Pillars of Character. ($20 for one parent and one child, $6 for each additional child)

Lunch Time Yoga

For those looking for a break from the daily grind. Lunch Time Yoga offers 45 minutes of mindful movement to help keep you in the game. We have mats available to use, so pop on in. 

Private, Individual and group yoga classes available
