In popular culture, Zen is associated with black turtlenecks, rock gardens, and pithy riddles. Meditation is hailed as the latest cure-all. Come see what Zen really has to offer those of us living in the 21st Century. This weekly session will be led by Zen priest and Cambridge resident, Jushin Stephyn Butcher. We will spend most of the time meditating according to the Zen tradition but will bring in practices from other traditions as well.
You don’t need to be a Buddhist to participate.
