Yin Yoga

For those looking for a slower-paced version of the popular physical discipline of yoga. In Yin yoga, each pose is held for several minutes in order to target the connective tissues (such as the ligaments) rather than focusing on the muscles. As a result, the poses typically offer more passive holds, with little muscular engagement.

26 & 2 Yoga

26 and 2 is a unique science-based yoga class that consists of 2 breathing exercises and 26 yoga postures sequenced in a specific order. The class is designed to warm and stretch muscles, ligaments, and tendons in the order in which they should be stretched. The practice of these twenty-six poses will enhance mind and body, relax, strengthen, reshape, and heal you in ways you can't imagine!  With a consistent practice, you will see your body and mind progressively expand and transform both on and off the mat!
